Group Classes

Alongside like-minded seekers, experience the harmony of breath, movement, and mindfulness to cultivate resilience, inner radiance, and deep connection. I guide group classes in corporate, college, and private settings, as well as public weekly offerings, welcoming the richness of people from all walks of life, across ages, identities, and experiences.

My Approach & Styles

Classes draw from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Adaptive Yoga. Each class weaves mindfulness, breath, movement, and meditation through the lens of yogic wisdom, Ayurveda, modern neuroscience, and complementary healing modalities. Inspiration flows from nature, the seasons, and thought leaders past and present.

A steady and intentional flow practice to cultivate calm strength, balance the nervous system, and support whole-body presence. Ideal for beginners and returning practitioners seeking grounding, breath awareness, and restoration.

Ground & Release Yoga | Begins October 8, 2025

An integrated yin + restorative practice designed to soften, release, and reconnect. Long-held postures, gentle movement, and therapeutic support invite nervous system balance, deep rest, and inner spaciousness.

End your week with energy in this uplifting 45-minute slow flow practice. Each session begins with mindful centering and gentle movement to warm the body, then transitions into mindful vinyasa for strength, mobility, and full-body exploration before winding down with relaxation. Practices may include pranayama, yoga therapy remedies, and inspirations from the week, with supportive tools to restore balance and connection.

Each class is guided with intuition, shaped by the season, and responsive to the needs of the group. All levels are welcome. Set up your space with a mat, water, and any props to support your practice.

This is a pay-what-you-can class, with recommended rates. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Community Circle – Connection & Support

Seasonal. Intuitive. Supportive.

A weekly pause for centering, nervous system support, and gentle community connection. Each gathering begins with a short practice (breath, mindfulness, or visualization), followed by optional space to share, reflect, or simply be present. Themes from the blog may guide reflections.

Rooted in the principles of ahimsa (non-harm) and satya (truthfulness), this circle is a supportive space for honesty, respect, and kindness. Inspired by the traditions of dharma and sangha, it offers a modern expression of community—walking the path together, remembering we don’t have to do it alone.

Morning Sun Yoga – Rise, Move, Pause
35-minute weekday morning class designed to gently awaken body and mind.

Gently awaken your body and center your energy with this 35-minute morning practice. This class blends slow flow movement with breathwork and mindfulness to revitalize the body and mind. We’ll move with intention, ending in relaxation to set the tone for your day.

Each session is guided by intuition, incorporating Ayurvedic seasonal wisdom, yoga therapy principles, and the unique needs of the group. All are welcome, and I’m happy to adapt the practice to support requests.
