I’m Maya Lake-Freeman, a wholehearted yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist (IAYT) offering trauma-informed classes and private sessions. With over 700 teaching hours and 15+ years of personal practice, I weave yogic wisdom, neuroscience, and somatic practices to support stress relief, emotional balance, and mind-body healing.
