I offer group classes across community, therapeutic, corporate, college, and virtual settings. Practices are grounded and breath-led, shaped by the seasons and the nervous system, and inspired by yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, nature, and modern neuroscience. Classes may be steady or slow, strengthening or restorative — always with care and choice.

Embodied Yoga is an accessible, small-group yoga class informed by the principles of yoga therapy. Each session is responsive to who arrives and may include mindful movement, gentle to moderate strength, breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness and somatic practices, sound or mantra, and seasonal practices to support nervous system regulation and overall well-being.

This class offers a welcoming entry point for those curious about yoga therapy. Practices are adaptable, personalized, and co-created in the moment — allowing the experience to be soft or strong, quiet or dynamic, depending on what’s needed.

Friday Flow Description & What to Expect

Each class begins with mindful centering and gentle movement to warm the body, then transitions into mindful vinyasa for strength, mobility, and full-body exploration before winding down with relaxation. Practices may include pranayama, yoga therapy remedies, and inspirations from the week, with supportive tools to restore balance and connection.

Guided with intuition, shaped by the season, and responsive to the needs of the group, all levels are welcome. Set up your space with a mat, water, and any props to support your practice.

How to Join & Pay for Virtual Classes

  • 🗓️ Register by choosing the registration link. Select the date and time, then confirm. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.
  • 💛 Payment: After confirming, you’ll be redirected to a Pay-What-You-Can page. Adjust the amount based on the recommendations or what you can contribute and proceed with payment. You’re welcome to close the page if you’re not able to contribute due to economic hardship.

Community Circle Description & What to Expect

Each gathering begins with a short practice (breath, mindfulness, or visualization), followed by optional space to share, reflect, or simply be present. Themes from my blog may guide reflections.

Rooted in the principles of ahimsa (non-harm) and satya (truthfulness), this circle is a supportive space for honesty, respect, and kindness. Inspired by the traditions of dharma and sangha, it offers a modern expression of community—walking the path together, remembering we don’t have to do it alone.

35-minute weekday morning class designed to gently awaken body and mind.

Gently awaken your body and center your energy with this 35-minute morning practice. This class blends slow flow movement with breathwork and mindfulness to revitalize the body and mind. We’ll move with intention, ending in relaxation to set the tone for your day.

Each session is guided by intuition, incorporating Ayurvedic seasonal wisdom, yoga therapy principles, and the unique needs of the group. All are welcome, and I’m happy to adapt the practice to support requests.
