Weekday Warrior – Strength to Stillness
Steady. Spacious. Sacred

Unwind midweek and reconnect within. This 60-minute class invites strength, heart, steady presence, and a return to center. You'll be guided through a slow vinyasa sequence designed to build strength, cultivate steadiness, and support overall mind-body health. The active flow transitions into yin and restorative-inspired postures to close, offering stillness and balance for the nervous system.

This mindful practice weaves breathwork, intentional movement, and spaciousness for reflection. Integrating principles from yoga therapy, each class draws from Ayurvedic seasonal wisdom, yoga philosophy, intuitive guidance, and teachings from current and past thought leaders to encourage meaningful connection to self, community, and the cycles of life.

All are welcome—come as you are, whether you're seeking resilience, release, or rest.

Gently awaken your body and center your energy with this 35-minute morning practice. This class blends slow flow movement with breathwork and mindfulness to revitalize the body and mind. We’ll move with intention, ending in relaxation to set the tone for your day.

Each session is guided by intuition, incorporating Ayurvedic seasonal wisdom, yoga therapy principles, and the unique needs of the group. All are welcome, and I’m happy to adapt the practice to support requests.

I was invited to co-lead a wellness session for an Equity in Tech Leadership Conference, offering restorative yin yoga alongside a sound bath facilitator. The session supported 40 attendees with a space to pause, reset, and reconnect.
