With the daylight shifting, it truly feels that shadow season is here — falling toward winter. Meet yourself here. Post Monday, post weekend of spooky play, reverent spirit, advocacy, or rest. For all that you maybe carrying — remember: permission to exhale.

Release your breath. Let yourself exhale.

As for me, in my own practice, it’s work to surrender — to give over with kind presence to the effort of letting go while being with all that arises. The parts that shake, resist, fatigue, and grasp for comfort or control— with everything in between.
Svādhyāya (self-inquiry) meets Svādhiṣṭhāna (the sacral chakra): a time of strength and surrender, of presence within what feels unsettled or unresolved — a deep embracing and a rallying of heart.
