Waters of Emergence: Creating Warmth for What’s Rising

Waters of Emergence: Creating Warmth for What’s Rising

Full Moon Blessings, dear friends. 🌕

This week’s writing begins with a remembering.

Our opening track is Atlantean Frequency — a return to water, intuition, and the ancient wisdom beneath the surface. Gift yourself a few clearing breaths.
Let them carry you inward. Soften your the edges.
Be reminded that emergence unfolds in its own timing- welcoming this track from Soundscapes of the Soul- Coming Home Playlist.

I’ve been sitting with these words from Tonyalynne of the Courage Practices:

“Like tulips pushing through soft soil while frost still kisses their edges.
Emergence is uncomfortable. It is delicate.
Its tremble is learning how to hold new life.
It trusts. It adjusts. It stays.”

She writes that our capacity is built where growth feels soft — unfinished, uncertain, not fully formed. We never give up on ourselves. We stay, adjust, shred and renew in pace, in time.

That feels true in my own system right now.

With the Full Moon in Virgo illuminating high standards and discernment, and Pisces season inviting surrender into softer waters, I feel the tension of both. The part of me that wants clarity, polish, certainty. And the part that knows we are in-between seasons — thawing, not yet blooming.

Emergence trembles.

Steadiness is learning how to hold new life.

March is not a dramatic beginning. It is a quiet unfurling. In Ayurveda, this is when winter’s heaviness begins to loosen — old mucus, old habits, old emotions rising to the surface. Nothing is wrong. This is simply the season shifting.

We gently introduce warmth.
Lightness.
Circulation.

In our practices, we’ll move from heart to hips — honoring Pisces’ emotional waters while supporting the Wood element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Supporting the liver. The lymph. The subtle movement of what has been held.

Not forcing the bloom.
Not rushing clarity.
Just staying with what is forming.

I’ll be preparing for a gentle Ayurvedic reset this month — simplifying what I ingest, creating space, tending with care. Not restriction. Just warmth, clearing, refreshing, simplifying with eyes open toward the sun.

If you feel yourself in that tender middle — unfinished, uncertain, adjusting — you are not behind. You are building the capacity to stay.

And done is better than perfect. The renewal, the awaken begins again.

I hope you'll join me!

With gratitude to the teachers and wisdom keepers who continue to inspire this path — the Courage practices of Tonyalynne, seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom, and the compassionate waters of Pisces — I’m reminded that grace is not something we earn. It is something we practice.

In radiance & rest, with love & light,
Maya
